AMERICAN INNS OF COURT

American Inns of Court (AIC) are designed to improve the skills, professionalism and ethics of the bench and bar. An American Inn of Court is an amalgam of judges, lawyers, and in some cases, law professors and law students. Each Inn meets approximately once a month both to "break bread" and to hold programs and discussions on matters of ethics, skills and professionalism.

 


AMERICAN BOARD OF TRIAL ADVOCATES

The general purposes of this Association shall be to foster improvement in the ethical and technical standards of practice in the field of advocacy to the end that individual litigants may receive more effective representation and the general public be benefited by more efficient administration of justice consistent with time-tested and traditional principles of litigation.

Brain Injury Association of Florida, Inc. (BIAF) is a 501 c 3 tax exempt statewide organization, established in 1985 by a mother whose son sustained a traumatic brain injury (TBI). BIAF is Florida’s only statewide organization for information, education, support and advocacy on brain injury committed to represent Florida’s now 100,000 Floridians who sustain brain injury each year and the 210,000 Floridians living with lifelong disability after brain injury.
