Lauren S. Fallick

Lauren Fallick, an associate at Leopold Law, P.A., graduated magna cum laude in the top 5% of her law school class from Nova Southeastern University. During law school she served on the Board of Associate Editors for Nova Law Review and was published in Nova Law Review. Ms. Fallick also earned six "Book Awards" during law school for obtaining the highest grades in the following courses: Law Skills and Values I (legal research and writing), Products Liability, Civil Pre-Trial Practice, Medical Malpractice, Agency, Advanced Legal Research. Prior to law school, Ms. Fallick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida with a minor in Criminology.
Prior to joining Leopold Law, Ms. Fallick gained experience as an associate at Greenspoon Marder, P.A and Kluger Kaplan, P.L., where she specialized in various civil litigation matters including personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance coverage disputes and high profile commercial litigation. Ms. Fallick now focuses as her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, catastrophic injury and medical malpractice.

Ms. Fallick was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006 and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida; U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida; U.S. Court of appeals, Eleventh Circuit. She is also a member of the Broward County Justice Association and the Florida Justice Association.
