Mr. McCall obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee and is a graduate of J.D. Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. He has devoted his career to representing individuals who have sustained serious personal injuries and families of those who have suffered the wrongful death of a loved one.
Mr. McCall has obtained more than 20 verdicts or settlements of $1,000,000 or more and has served as lead counsel in over 100 jury trials. His exceptional code of ethics, legal ability and respectability in the courtroom and the legal community has earned him an AV rating from Martindale Hubble for 20 consecutive years. He has been Board certified by the Florida Bar since 1984, the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar, for competency and experience for a civil trial lawyer.
He is a recipient of the Judge O. Wehle Award in Trial Practice, as well as a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach County Justice Association, and the American Board of Trial Advocates.
